The new season brings a number of changes. The collective agreement for temporary workers has been updated: the hirer’s remuneration applies from day one, allowances for overtime and irregular hours have been aligned with those of permanent staff, and the accrual of holiday days has been clarified.
For our workers this means a more transparent payslip. Hourly wage, allowances and housing deductions are listed separately, so everyone sees exactly what was earned and what was deducted. Our coordinators answer payslip questions in the worker’s own language.
For employers little changes in practice: rates have been aligned with the new collective agreement and Agroflex remains NEN 4400-1, SNA and SNF certified. You therefore remain protected from hirer and chain liability.
We are preparing for a busy high season. Recruitment in our home countries has already started, summer housing is largely planned and the vehicle fleet has been expanded. If you need extra people for the season, let us know in good time.
