Our mission

We bring together supply and demand for staff in greenhouse horticulture in a considered way. The grower’s wishes and the worker’s wellbeing are central: a good home, transport that works, wages paid on time and guidance in their own language.

Agroflex is a family business from the Netherlands. What started with one grower grew into a regular partner for growers across the region. Today more than 500 people go to work through Agroflex every day.

Besides staffing, we also provide steady seasonal teams, housing and transport. As a grower, you are fully taken care of.
