Our story
Today over 500 people work through Agroflex at regular growers in the Netherlands. We arrange their work, housing and transport, so they can focus on their work and the growers on their crop.
We are NEN 4400-1, SNA and SNF certified and members of the NBBU. That way you are protected from liability risks and sure of a reliable partner.

Let us briefly tell our story
Agroflex was founded in the heart of Dutch greenhouse horticulture by people who had themselves worked in the greenhouse and in packing for years. What started with one grower grew into a regular partner of growers across the region. Many of our first relationships are still clients today.
We bring together supply and demand for staff in greenhouse horticulture in a considered way. The grower’s wishes and the worker’s wellbeing are central: a good home, transport that works, wages paid on time and guidance in their own language.
We believe in a horticulture sector where good work, decent housing and fair conditions are a matter of course. That is why we keep investing in our people, our housing and our procedures, so we can stay ahead of every new need of growers and workers.

We select on experience and motivation and guide our people on the work floor. That is how we deliver teams that know the pace of the greenhouse and deliver quality.
Peaks, absence or a new season: we act fast and think ahead. Scaling up and down is arranged in consultation, without hassle for the grower.
We know our workers personally and visit the work floor regularly. A good home, good guidance and short lines are a matter of course for us.
