Certainty for you as a client
Anyone working with a staffing agency wants to know in advance which risks they run. With Agroflex you are protected from additional assessments and fines caused by the agency’s failure. That is not a promise but a certification.
SNA label and NEN 4400-1
Twice a year it is checked whether we correctly declare and pay payroll taxes and VAT and comply with the minimum wage and holiday allowance. That protects you from chain liability.
Identity and work permit
We check the identity of every worker and whether they are allowed to work in the Netherlands. In a Labour Inspectorate check your files are in order.
SNF-certified housing
Our houses meet the standards of the Stichting Normering Flexwonen for space, privacy, safety and hygiene and are inspected periodically.
NBBU membership
We work according to the NBBU collective agreement and are periodically audited by an independent inspection body on quality and financial soundness.

How fast can people start?
Often within 24 to 48 hours. In high season we prefer to plan a week ahead.
Who arranges the housing?
We do, for those who need it. Workers who want to live in our SNF-certified houses close to your business; those with their own home come with our transport.
What about liability?
Thanks to our NEN 4400-1 and SNA certification you are protected from chain and hirer liability.
Can I get a fixed crew?
Yes. Many growers work with the same team every season through Agroflex.
What does it cost?
The rate depends on the position, the duration and the number of people. We work with transparent hourly rates and prepare a tailored quote after a short inventory. No hidden costs.
What if a worker does not meet expectations?
Contact your fixed contact person right away. We look for a replacement the same day or adjust the placement in consultation.
Which contract forms are there?
Temporary staffing for peaks and seasons, secondment for longer placements after phase A, and recruitment and selection when you want to hire people yourself.
