Agroflex Uitzendbureau B.V. handles your personal data with care. This policy explains which data we process, why, and what rights you have.

Who we are
Agroflex Uitzendbureau B.V., located at Coldenhovelaan 14, 2678 PS De Lier, the Netherlands, is responsible for the processing of personal data described in this policy.
Which data we process
Job seekers and workers: name, contact details, date of birth, nationality, identity and residence documents, BSN, bank details, availability, work experience and data about housing and transport.
Clients and contact persons: company name, name, position, contact details and details of the staffing request.
Website visitors: data you enter in our forms and technical data such as IP address and browser type.
Why we process data
We process your data to place you in work, to conclude and perform an employment contract, to pay wages, to arrange housing and transport, to meet legal obligations and to communicate with you about our services.
The legal bases are the performance of a contract, a legal obligation, our legitimate interest and, where required, your consent.
Who we share data with
We share data only when necessary: with the clients you will work for, with the Tax Administration, the UWV and pension funds, with our payroll and IT providers and with the bodies that certify us. We never sell your data to third parties.
Retention periods
We keep data no longer than necessary for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires. Personnel and payroll records are kept in line with the statutory tax retention period. Data of applicants with whom no contract is concluded is deleted no later than one year after the last contact.
Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Only staff who need it for their work have access to your data.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You can withdraw consent at any time. Send your request to [email protected]; we respond within four weeks. You may also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Cookies and external services
Our website does not set cookies. No tracking or advertising software is used and we do not measure visitor behaviour. Your language is determined by the web address you visit, not by a cookie. Only if you switch on dark mode yourself is that preference stored locally in your browser.
On the homepage we show Google reviews. The profile pictures next to those reviews are delivered directly by Google, which may receive your IP address in the process. Forms you submit are processed on our own server in the Netherlands.
Changes
We may update this policy. The latest version is always available on this page.
